Associate | 1–3 years PQE

Location: New Delhi

We are looking for candidates who have good communication and drafting skills and, importantly, have had practical exposure across a mix of due diligence, agreements and litigation.

What We’re Looking For

- Solid written and spoken English
- Excellent legal research and drafting skills
- Practical experience in due diligence and drafting/reviewing agreements
- Exposure to litigation, court proceedings and legal filings
- Ability to work across different areas of corporate and commercial legal practice
- Sound understanding of applicable laws and procedures
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently while effectively supporting senior lawyers

This role requires versatility and hands-on experience across due diligence, agreements and litigation. Candidates whose experience is limited to only one of these areas, or who do not meet the above requirements, are requested not to apply.

We are particularly interested in candidates who can demonstrate strong fundamentals, good drafting ability and the ability to work on varied legal assignments with minimal hand-holding.
