Role Overview

We are looking for an energetic and relationship-oriented Associate – Outreach & Partnerships to drive awareness and student engagement for TSE’s education portfolio, including TSE Certificate Programs, Bangkok University Thailand UG & PG Degree Programs, and Short-term International Immersion Programs.

The role involves extensive engagement with schools, universities, independent counsellors, coaching centres, students and parents to build awareness, generate enquiries and strengthen TSE’s outreach ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

- Build and maintain relationships with schools, universities, counsellors and coaching centres.
- Conduct student presentations, counselling sessions, workshops and awareness activities.
- Represent TSE at career fairs, education fairs, roadshows and student events.
- Promote TSE and Bangkok University programs through institutional and student outreach.
- Engage with students and parents, understand their interests and guide them towards relevant programs.
- Support lead generation, follow-ups and the student enrolment journey.
- Support social media,



digital marketing and promotional initiatives to enhance program visibility.
- Identify new outreach opportunities and potential institutional/channel partners.
- Maintain regular follow-ups and records of outreach activities and prospective students.
- Provide market feedback and insights on student preferences and competitor activities.

Desired Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Education, Communications or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in education outreach, admissions, counselling, sales, marketing or business development.
- Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Confident, outgoing and comfortable with extensive field engagement.
- Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
- Target-oriented, proactive and willing to travel for meetings and events.
- Interest in international education and student engagement will be an advantage.
