About Vaibhav Garg

I'm a Clinical and Sports Nutritionist with an MSc in Sports Nutrition (UK) and roughly 16 years of experience across International sport and Clinical Nutrition. I run an independent clinical practice and am the Co-Founder and Chief Scientific Officer of in you, a sexual wellness nutraceutical brand, where I personally formulate the range.

Over my career I've worked with Delhi Daredevils (IPL), Super Fight League and SportsFit by MS Dhoni, and I currently work with IPL and DPL cricketers alongside athletes across multiple disciplines. My newest additions include India’s No 1 MMA fighter Chungreng Koren and Kolkata Knight Riders Cricketer Tejasvii Dahiya. My client roster also includes Justice D.Y.

Chandrachud. I hold an expert panel role with American Express India, am an ECB Level 2 cricket coach, and have helped pioneer non-playing sports career paths in India.

This is a chance to train directly under and alongside me, and to learn my clinical method first-hand.

The Role

I'm looking for an Associate Nutritionist to support me clinically and take real weight off my day-to-day. You'll shadow how I consult, build protocols, and manage patients — and over time carry cases with growing independence, always to the standard my practice is known for.

What You'll Do





● Consult with patients and clients, take thorough diet and clinical histories, and communicate plans clearly and warmly

● Translate clinical and biochemical markers into practical, personalised nutrition protocols

● Manage comorbidities safely and know when to refer or loop me in

● Write clear, follow-able protocol documents for patients

● Shadow my consultations closely to learn and mirror my clinical approach

● Grow into supporting the practice beyond the clinic — helping with content, AI-assisted workflows, and practice-building over time

What I'm Looking For

● MSc in Nutrition (or closely related), with 1–3 years of clinical, patient-facing experience

● Genuine clinical judgment — someone who can hold a consult on their own but is still keen to be shaped to my method

● Warm, credible communication that patients trust

● Smart and self-teaching: comfortable picking up new tools, including AI, and figuring things out independently

● Willingness to grow into the practice-building and content side over time — no prior experience needed, just appetite

● Full time, in-clinic in Gurugram, able to join soon
