We are looking for an Associate Manager - L&D; who will play a key role in driving the growth and development of our Learning & Development department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in learning and development, with experience in designing and implementing training programs, managing training budgets, and analyzing training effectiveness.
The Associate
Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing training strategies that align with the organization's goals, and will work closely with stakeholders to identify training needs and develop solutions. A cooperative and results-driven individual with excellent communication skills is essential.
What does the job entail?
- Develop and implement learning strategies to achieve business objectives and enhance employee skills
- Design, deliver, and evaluate training programs for various employee groups, including leadership and management teams
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to create engaging and relevant content for training programs
- Conduct needs assessments and analyze learning gaps to identify areas for improvement
- Develop and maintain relationships with external training providers to access relevant resources and expertise
- Manage the learning and development budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge management system to capture and share best practices
- Analyze training program effectiveness and provide recommendations for improvement
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments in learning and development to inform program design and delivery
