1. Warehouse Operations Management

- Lead end-to-end warehouse operations including receiving, put-away, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch.

- Ensure achievement of customer-specific Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

- Monitor daily warehouse productivity and operational efficiency.

- Optimize warehouse space utilization and storage capacity.

- Ensure smooth execution of value-added services (VAS) as per customer requirements.

1. Client & Stakeholder Management

- Act as the primary operational contact for assigned 3PL customers.

- Conduct regular reviews with clients regarding service performance.

- Address customer complaints, escalations, and operational issues.

- Coordinate with internal teams, transporters, and customers to ensure seamless operations.

1. Inventory Management

- Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counting and stock audits.

- Monitor stock reconciliation and investigate variances.

- Ensure FIFO/FEFO compliance where applicable.

- Analyze inventory reports and implement corrective actions.

1. Team Leadership & Manpower Management

- Lead shift in-charges, supervisors, warehouse associates, and contract labor.

- Plan manpower deployment based on workload and operational requirements.

- Conduct performance reviews and identify training needs.





- Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

1. Safety, Quality & Compliance

- Ensure adherence to safety policies, SOPs, and statutory requirements.

- Drive 5S, LEAN, and operational excellence initiatives.

- Conduct regular safety audits and risk assessments.

- Ensure compliance with customer standards and company policies.

1. Transportation & Dispatch Coordination

- Coordinate with transport teams for timely vehicle placement and dispatch.

- Monitor dispatch schedules and delivery performance.

- Ensure proper documentation for inbound and outbound shipments.

- Improve vehicle turnaround time and loading efficiency.

1. Performance & Cost Management

- Monitor operational KPIs and productivity metrics.

- Control warehouse operating costs and improve resource utilization.

- Analyze trends and identify opportunities for process improvement.

- Prepare and present operational reports to management and customers.

1. Continuous Improvement

- Identify bottlenecks and implement process enhancements.

- Lead Kaizen and productivity improvement projects.
