Role Summary

You'll be embedded with client teams to deploy our AI and data products into their real environments. This is not a demo-and-hand-off role — you own the last mile: integration, configuration, debugging, and getting users to actually adopt what we ship. You'll work alongside a Senior FDE and the product team.

Key Responsibilities

What you'll do

•Deploy and configure our AI/data platform in client environments (cloud, on-prem, or hybrid).

•Build integrations with client systems — data sources, auth (SSO/SAML), APIs, warehouses, vector stores.

•Write glue code, scripts, and small services (Python/TypeScript/SQL) to fit the product into the client's workflow.

•Implement and tune LLM/RAG pipelines and agentic workflows against real client data.

•Run POCs, pilots, and workshops; translate requirements into technical tasks and working prototypes.

•Triage bugs and production issues; fix what you can, escalate the rest with a clean reproduction.

•Document deployments, prompts, evals, and runbooks.





•Feed patterns and gaps back to the product team.

Must Have

•1–3 years in software, data, or ML engineering.

•Solid Python and SQL; comfortable with at least one cloud (Azure/AWS/GCP).

•Hands-on experience building with LLMs — OpenAI/Anthropic/open-source models via API, prompt design, structured outputs.

•Working knowledge of RAG — chunking, embeddings, vector DBs (pgvector, Pinecone, Weaviate, or similar), retrieval evaluation.

•Experience with at least one agentic framework — LangGraph, LlamaIndex, CrewAI, Autogen, Semantic Kernel, or equivalent.

•Understanding of tool use, function calling, and basic guardrails/evals.

•Willingness to be client-facing — explicit writing, live demos, hard questions.

Preferred / Nice to Have

•Fine-tuning or model distillation experience.

•Exposure to Databricks, Snowflake, or Microsoft Fabric.
