About the Job

Key Responsibilities:

1. Drive daily production and shop-floor activities to ensure smooth, on-target operations.
2. Own production planning, process monitoring, and daily production tracking.
3. Track production targets, productivity, material usage, and process output; flag deviations proactively.
4. Coordinate closely with production, quality, maintenance, and stores teams to resolve bottlenecks.
5. Prepare and maintain daily production reports and ERP/MIS records.
6.



Identify process issues and drive corrective and preventive actions with the production team.
7. Lead/participate in 5S, Kaizen, Lean, and continuous improvement initiatives on the shop floor.
8. Maintain accurate production documentation and ensure adherence to workplace safety procedures.
9. Support onboarding and guidance of production interns/trainees where required.
