Roles and Responsibilities :

- Lead the Corporate Real Estate team in India, providing strategic guidance on portfolio management, leasing, and project execution.

- Develop and implement effective property strategies to optimize occupancy costs, improve operational efficiency, and enhance tenant satisfaction.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities, negotiate deals, and execute transactions that align with company goals.

- Oversee facility operations across multiple locations, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.

Job Requirements :

- 12-23 years of experience in corporate real estate or a related field (FMCG industry preferred).

- Proven track record of success in managing large-scale commercial properties portfolios.

- Robust understanding of Indian market dynamics, including local laws governing commercial transactions.

- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with internal stakeholders at all levels.
