Role Description The Associate Director role at HPIPL is a full-time, hybrid position based in Delhi, India, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. The individual in this role will oversee strategic planning and execution across key business functions, including operations, business development, and project delivery for parking infrastructure solutions.

Day-to-day responsibilities include leading cross-functional teams, managing end-to-end project lifecycles, ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards, and optimizing processes for efficiency and sustainability.

Director will collaborate with senior leadership on growth initiatives, build and maintain relationships with clients and partners, and support the development of new products and services tailored to Indian and global markets. The role also involves monitoring performance metrics, preparing reports and presentations, guiding team members, and fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

- Solid leadership, team management, and stakeholder collaboration skills, with the ability to guide cross-functional teams and influence strategic decisions.
- Experience in operations management, project management, and process optimization, ideally within infrastructure, engineering, mobility, or related sectors.
- Demonstrated capability in business development, client relationship management, and market expansion, with a focus on long-term partnerships.
- Solid understanding of quality assurance, safety standards, and compliance frameworks, preferably related to ISO-certified manufacturing or installation practices.
- Proficiency in data analysis, performance tracking, and reporting, including the use of digital tools for planning, documentation, and communication.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Hindi or other regional languages is an advantage.
- Background in engineering, infrastructure, urban mobility, or technology-driven solutions is highly beneficial.
- Master’s or bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Urban Planning, Management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. <
