Job Summary

Responsibilities

- Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring paid marketing campaigns across Google, Meta, and LinkedIn.
- Monitor daily campaign performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Support optimization of campaigns based on key metrics such as CPL, CTR, CPC, CAC, conversion rate, and ROAS.
- Assist in audience research, targeting, retargeting, and campaign segmentation.
- Support A/B testing of ad creatives, copies, audiences, and landing pages.
- Work closely with the creative and content teams to develop performance-focused ad creatives and campaigns.
- Track campaign spends, leads, conversions, and overall performance across channels.
- Prepare regular campaign performance reports and dashboards.
- Coordinate with the Sales team to understand lead quality and identify opportunities to improve campaign performance.

Requirements

- 1-3 years of relevant experience in Performance Marketing/Digital Marketing/Growth Marketing.
- Prior experience in EdTech is mandatory.
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads is mandatory.
- Experience working on lead-generation and paid acquisition campaigns.
- Experience with campaign optimization, audience targeting, retargeting, and A/B testing.
- Comfortable working with Excel/Google Sheets and campaign reporting dashboards.
- Google Ads / Meta certifications will be an added advantage.
