About the Job

Key Responsibilities

1. Work closely with clients to understand their academic background, qualified experiences, and future goals through structured discussions and client calls.
2. Create, edit, and refine resumes, LORs, essays, and other application documents while maintaining the client's authentic voice.
3. Guide clients through the content development process by providing timely feedback, resolving content-related queries, and ensuring a smooth experience.
4. Ensure every document meets quality standards and aligns with the specific requirements of different universities and academic programs.
5. Manage multiple client assignments simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality deliverables.




6. Coordinate with consultants and internal teams to ensure smooth progress of client applications and timely completion of content.
7. Proactively follow up with clients to gather information, address content gaps, and keep projects moving as planned.
8. Review documents for grammar, clarity, consistency, formatting, and overall impact before final submission.
9. Contribute ideas to improve editorial processes and enhance the overall client experience.
