This is a stellar career prospect for early-career advocates seeking deep exposure and practical experience across diverse and complex legal domains. As an Associate at Shraff Legal, you will work on challenging matters in the following key practice areas:
- Direct and Indirect Taxation: Drafting, advisory, and litigation before statutory authorities and judicial forums.
- Money Laundering & Allied Laws: PMLA matters, white-collar offense defense, and regulatory proceedings.
- Constitutional Law: High-stakes writ petitions, legal research, and constitutional remedies.
- Animal Rights Law:
Specialized legal advocacy and public interest litigation for animal welfare.
Candidate Eligibility & Requirements
- Qualifications: Must hold an LL.B. degree from a recognized university.
- Bar Certification: Must be AIBE qualified and enrolled with a Bar Council.
- Experience Level: 0 to 3 years of relevant work experience (PQE). Motivated legal graduates/freshers are welcome to apply.
- Location Requirement: Candidates must currently reside in Kolkata.
