Job Summary:We're looking for an Academic Curriculum & Content Associate who can transform academic content into structured, product-ready learning assets using curriculum expertise, data skills, and digital tools. The ideal candidate understands academic content beyond writing - combining knowledge of curricula, Excel, LaTeX, AI tools, and content operations to build scalable learning products.

What you'll do

- Work across Indian curricula (NCERT, CBSE, State Boards, JEE, NEET, CUET) and international curricula (IGCSE, GCSE, IB, AP, A-Level, Common Core, SAT, ACT, etc.).
- Convert raw academic content into clean, structured, tagged, searchable, and product-ready datasets for digital learning products.
- Clean, validate, organize, and maintain academic data using Excel/Google Sheets, including formulas, validation rules, trackers, dashboards, and quality checks.
- Format Mathematics and Science content using LaTeX/KaTeX while ensuring consistency and accuracy.
- Review academic solutions for correctness, clarity, curriculum alignment, language quality, and logical flow.
- Support the productization of question banks, worksheets, notes, PYQs, DPPs, and other learning resources.
- Collaborate with academic,



product, content, data, and engineering teams to improve content quality and scalability.
- Leverage AI tools to improve academic workflows, content preparation, validation, and operational efficiency.

What we're looking for

- Solid academic foundation with experience in academic content, curriculum development, or EdTech content operations.
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and the ability to manage structured academic datasets.
- Working knowledge of LaTeX/KaTeX for formatting academic content, particularly Mathematics and Science.
- Comfortable using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, or similar platforms in academic workflows.
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to think of content as a scalable digital product rather than just study material.
- Exposure to Indian and/or international curricula such as CBSE, JEE/NEET, IGCSE, GCSE, IB, AP, A-Level, SAT, or ACT is preferred.
- Familiarity with Python, Google Apps Script, automation tools, PDF/OCR workflows, LMS platforms, or academic data management is a plus.
