- Process and manage orders received through various channels.
- Update and maintain order-related data in SAP.
- Prepare and maintain reports using MS Excel.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing.
- Track orders and resolve basic order-related issues.
- Maintain accuracy of order and customer information.
- Support day-to-day activities of the Central Order Processing Team.
- Knowledge of E-commerce operations will be an added advantage.
Preferred candidate profile We are looking for an Assistant Central Order Processing to support day-to-day order processing activities and ensure accurate and timely execution of customer orders.
