Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor to create engaging video content for our social media, courses, marketing campaigns, YouTube, and other digital platforms.

The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of storytelling, pacing, transitions, motion graphics, and social media content formats.

Key Responsibilities

Edit videos for Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.

Edit short-form content such as Reels, Shorts, promotional videos, and educational content.

Edit long-form videos, course content, interviews, and podcast episodes.

Add captions, subtitles, transitions, graphics, music, and sound effects where required.

Create engaging video content while maintaining Protrainy's brand guidelines.

Work with the Marketing and Content teams to understand video requirements.

Convert raw footage into polished,



engaging, and platform-ready content.

Suggest creative ideas to improve video quality and audience engagement.

Manage multiple video projects and deliver them within deadlines.

Organize and maintain video assets and project files.

Requirements

1–3 years of experience in video editing.

Strong knowledge of tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut, or similar software.

Good understanding of Reels, Shorts, YouTube, and social media trends.

Knowledge of basic motion graphics, colour correction, audio editing, and subtitles.

Strong sense of storytelling, visual composition, and pacing.

Creative mindset with attention to detail.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines.

A portfolio/showreel demonstrating previous work is required.
