We are hiring : AVP – Growth Strategy

This is not designed as a conventional strategy role.It is an opportunity to work close to where some of the organisation's most important questions are being asked:

How do we convert an idea into measurable business impact?

Key Responsibilities

Phase 1

Business, Leadership Exposure & Project Ownership (0–12 Months)





- Support business planning, performance tracking and management reporting.
- Conduct market research, competitive benchmarking and business analysis.
- Analyse business performance and identify key trends, gaps and opportunities.
- Support senior leadership in preparing data-driven insights and recommendations.
- Drive cross-functional coordination to ensure timely execution of projects.
- Identify operational gaps and recommend improvement opportunities.
- Prepare management updates and present project progress to senior leadership.
- Support implementation of new processes, systems and business improvement initiatives.

Phase 2: Emerging Business Leadership (12+ Months)
- Work closely with business and functional leaders to deliver defined business outcomes.
- Develop frameworks, processes and best practices for organization-wide implementation.
- Monitor the impact of strategic initiatives and recommend corrective actions.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Full-Time MBA/PGDM from a Tier-1 Business School.
- Up to 4 years of prior or post MBA, professional experience preferred but strong academic and leadership credentials may also be considered.
- Robust analytical, problem-solving and strategic thinking abilities.
- Demonstrated leadership potential and ability to work with senior stakeholders.
