We are looking for a smart, well-groomed candidate to join as an Assistant Travel Consultant. This is a training cum job role where you will learn travel operations, admin work, and client coordination directly under the Director. Ideal for candidates starting their career in the tourism industry. We believe you are interested in working in the hospitality & Tourism industry.

Assisting with itinerary planning, hotel/airline coordination, and travel documentation preparation. Prepare reports and presentations, and maintain confidential records. Travel for site inspections/FAM trips, attending seminars & Road Shows on behalf of the company as and when required. Support sales, admin, and back-office operations.





The candidate should have good geographical knowledge of India and neighbouring countries.

Requirements: Full time professionals only; students need not apply.

Training & Remuneration Structure for Provisional Period:

Months 1-6: ₹10,000/month and other benefits, subject to your 1st month performance. Eligible for an early increment at 3 months based on performance.

Post 6 Months: ₹12,000+/month fixed CTC.

Growth: Additional increments also possible during probation for exceptional performance. Your salary will be adjusted upward as you take on more responsibilities and deliver better results.

We start at ₹10,000 during training. Once you prove your capability and handle responsibilities well, your remuneration will increase.

Growth Path: On successful completion, you’ll be confirmed as a Travel Executive with opportunities to move into Operations, Sales, or Business Development roles.
