Assistant Teacher

- Assist the lead teacher in planning and conducting engaging classroom activities.

- Support children during daily learning, play, and classroom activities.

- Participate in teacher training programs provided by the organization.

- Create a safe, caring, positive, and child-friendly classroom workplace.

- Assist children with their academic, social, and creative development.

- Plan and conduct arts and crafts activities suitable for children.

- Encourage children to participate in creative and interactive learning activities.

- Support classroom management and maintain discipline.

- Provide individual attention and assistance to children when required.

- Maintain classroom cleanliness, organization, and safety.

- Work collaboratively with teachers and other staff members as a team player.

- Communicate effectively with children, parents, teachers, and management.





- Participate in school events, activities, and other assigned responsibilities.

Eligibility & Requirements

- Experience is preferred but not mandatory.

- Candidates should enjoy working with children.

- Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.

- Creative approach with an interest in arts and crafts.

- Good communication and child-handling skills.

- Dynamic, responsible, patient, and willing to learn.

- Candidates living close to the work location will be preferred.
