Role & responsibilities

- Develop and implement retail and channel sales strategies to achieve business targets.

- Identify, onboard, and nurture new dealers, distributors, and retail partners.

- Strengthen relationships with existing channel partners and ensure target achievement.

- Collaborate with marketing to execute promotional plans and campaigns.

- Monitor partner performance, sales pipeline, and market expansion opportunities.

- Manage incentive programs, schemes, and sales drives to boost engagement.

- Provide regular business insights and feedback to management for strategic decisions.

Preferred candidate profile

- Background in building materials, hardware, Furniture, Plywood, Laminates, Adhesives, sanitary ware, or allied industries preferred.

- Proven ability in dealer appointment, Carpenter Visit, market development, and team coordination.

- Robust communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

- Willingness to travel within assigned territory and handle field responsibilities independently.
