Sales Engineer / Assistant Manager – Industrial Sales

Location: Bhosari, Pune

Experience: 2–6 Years

Education: BE/B.Tech (Mechanical) / MBA

Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive Sales Engineer / Assistant Manager to drive B2B sales, client acquisition, technical business development, and key account growth in the industrial automation and engineering solutions sector.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify recent B2B customers and develop sales opportunities.
- Manage existing clients, OEMs and consultants for repeat business.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable technical solutions.
- Prepare techno-commercial quotations and proposals.
- Handle negotiations and support contract/order closure.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Maintain sales pipeline,



CRM records and follow-ups.
- Travel for customer visits and business development activities.

Preferred Skills:

- B2B / Industrial Sales experience
- Technical sales and business development
- Knowledge of Hydraulics, Hydraulic Cylinders, Valve Banks and Pneumatics is an advantage.
- Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM/reporting.
