Hotel Amarpreet is looking for a dynamic and target-oriented Assistant Manager – Sales to strengthen its sales team and drive business from the local and surrounding markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive hotel sales and achieve assigned monthly targets.
- Generate new corporate, travel trade, group and MICE business.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Conduct regular sales calls, client meetings and market visits.
- Identify new business opportunities and convert leads into revenue.
- Handle corporate accounts and ensure repeat business.
- Maintain an updated sales pipeline and follow up on business leads.
- Coordinate with Reservations, Revenue and Operations teams for smooth business execution.
- Monitor competitor activities, market trends and local business opportunities.
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales reports as required.
- Ensure achievement of individual and team sales targets.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in hotel/hospitality sales.
- Experience in corporate sales, local market sales, travel trade or MICE will be preferred.
- Valuable understanding of the Aurangabad/Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar market.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Target-oriented and proactive approach.
- Valuable client relationship-management skills.
- Willingness to travel for sales calls and client meetings.
