About the role

This is a structured internship designed to launch a serious sales career — not a shadowing exercise. From week one you work on live leads alongside a Sales Manager, learn how a real B2B pipeline is built and closed, earn commission on every deal you contribute to, and finish with a formal internship letter and a clear route into a full time role.

Key responsibilities

- Research, qualify and enrich inbound and outbound leads across India and international markets.

- Run first-touch outreach over email, LinkedIn and WhatsApp using approved messaging.

- Book and prepare discovery calls for the Sales Manager and Founder.

- Maintain an accurate, up-to-date pipeline and follow-up cadence in the CRM.

- Support proposals, pricing sheets and follow-up sequences through to close.

- Report weekly on activity, conversion and learnings.

Qualifications & experience

- Recent graduate or early-career professional — no prior sales experience required.

- Clear, confident written and spoken English.





- Comfortable with remote work, self-management and daily written updates.

- Genuine interest in software, AI and how businesses buy.

- Reliable internet connection and a quiet space for client calls.

Internship structure & compensation

- 6-month or 12-month internship, decided together at the start.

- Commission on closed business from day one — no waiting period.

- Formal internship letter and performance reference on completion.

- Direct mentorship from a Sales Manager and the Founder & CEO.

- Structured path to a full-time Sales Manager role based on performance.

Work environment

Fully remote and global. We work asynchronously with a short daily sync, and judge output over hours logged. You will speak with real clients across India and Germany within your first month.
