Role Description VE Hospitality is looking for an enthusiastic and responsible Assistant Manager – Restaurant Operations to join our team in Panjim, Goa. The ideal candidate will assist in managing daily restaurant operations, maintaining service standards, coordinating with staff, and ensuring a smooth and positive guest experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the day-to-day operations of the restaurant.
- Support and coordinate with the service and kitchen teams.
- Ensure high standards of guest service and customer satisfaction.
- Assist in staff coordination and daily task allocation.
- Monitor restaurant cleanliness, hygiene, and service standards.
- Handle guest queries and concerns professionally.
- Support inventory and operational activities.
- Assist the management team in maintaining smooth restaurant operations.
Qualifications
- Any Graduate; Hotel Management qualification preferred.
- 0–6 months of experience in a similar role.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Strong customer-service orientation.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
