About the Role

D’LIFE Interiors is looking for an experienced and responsible Assistant Project Manager – Interior (Residential) to manage and supervise residential interior projects across Bangalore. The ideal candidate should have strong site execution knowledge, team-management skills, and the ability to coordinate effectively with clients, contractors, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and supervise residential interior projects from execution to final handover.
- Study work orders, approved drawings, BOQs, and project schedules.
- Take accurate site measurements and ensure execution as per approved drawings.
- Plan and monitor daily site activities and project milestones.
- Assign and supervise work for installation teams, carpenters, and subcontractors.
- Coordinate civil, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and other interior works.
- Verify materials received at site against the work order and material checklist.
- Coordinate with the factory, logistics, design, production, and installation teams for timely material delivery.
- Conduct regular site inspections and ensure quality standards are maintained.
- Identify site issues, delays, and deviations and take timely corrective action.
- Maintain regular communication with clients and resolve project-related concerns.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion as per committed schedules.
- Coordinate with vendors and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.
- Maintain project schedules, daily updates, pending-work lists, and site reports.
- Provide regular project status updates to the Project Manager / Zonal Manager.
- Ensure proper site housekeeping,



safety, and work discipline.
- Coordinate snag rectification and ensure all pending works are completed before handover.
- Assist in part-payment and final-payment collection based on project milestones.
- Complete project handover and obtain Client Satisfaction Reports and customer reviews.

Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of residential interior execution and site management.
- Good understanding of modular furniture and carpentry works.
- Ability to read and interpret interior drawings and BOQs.
- Strong leadership and team-management skills.
- Excellent communication and client-handling skills.
- Good planning, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong time and task-management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple project activities simultaneously.
- Willingness to travel to residential project sites across Bangalore.

Qualification
- BE / B.Tech in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in residential interior project execution.

Preferred Candidate Candidates with hands-on experience in modular interiors, residential project execution, site supervision, team coordination, and client handling will be preferred.
