About Us: Paduka Hospitality runs Idlinama, TN Express, and Savoia across Delhi NCR. We're expanding our outlet footprint and looking for an Assistant Manager to help run daily operations at [outlet], reporting to the Outlet/General Manager.

Role Overview: The Assistant Manager oversees front-of-house and coordinates with kitchen operations to ensure smooth service, guest satisfaction, and staff performance during shifts - including running the expo station and managing packaging/delivery order flow.

Key Responsibilities: Supervise floor operations during assigned shifts - service staff, hosting, billing Run the expo — check every dish for accuracy, presentation, and completeness before it leaves the kitchen for dine-in or delivery Oversee packaging of takeaway/delivery orders - correct items, correct portions, secure sealing, and on-time handover to delivery partners Coordinate with kitchen (Executive Chef/kitchen team) on order flow and timing during peak hours Ensure dine-in and delivery/packaging orders are prioritized and sequenced correctly to avoid delays on either side Manage staff scheduling, attendance, and shift handovers Conduct on-the-job training for junior staff (service,



hygiene, POS, expo/packaging standards) Monitor stock levels for consumables, service items, and packaging materials; flag shortages Ensure hygiene, safety, and grooming standards are followed across the outlet Support with cash/billing reconciliation and daily reporting Step in for the Outlet Manager in their absence Requirements: 0–4 years of experience in restaurant/hospitality operations, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role Working knowledge of POS systems and basic billing operations Comfort working the expo line under pressure during peak hours Strong communication skills; spoken Hindi required, English preferred Ability to handle high-pressure service periods calmly Willingness to work rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays Prior experience in South Indian/QSR or full-service dining a plus What We Offer: Fixed salary + performance-linked incentives Staff meals Structured leave policy (Sick Leave Policy v1.1.0.2025) Explicit growth path toward Outlet Manager within a multi-brand, expanding group
