Role Description

- This full-time, on-site Assistant Professor role in the Electronic & Telecommunication and Civil Engineering departments is based at LCIT Group of Institutions in Bilaspur.
- The role involves delivering undergraduate and/or postgraduate lectures, conducting tutorials and laboratory sessions, and guiding students in projects and internships.
- The Assistant Professor will contribute to curriculum design and review, develop teaching materials, and adopt innovative pedagogical methods to enhance learning outcomes.
- Daily responsibilities include student mentoring, academic advising, participation in departmental meetings, and engagement in research, publications, and academic events.
- The role also includes supporting accreditation processes, contributing to institutional development activities, and maintaining high standards of academic integrity and professionalism.

Qualifications





- A postgraduate degree (preferably M.Tech/M.E in Electronic & Telecommunication or Civil Engineering) from a recognized university; a Ph.D. or enrollment in a doctoral program is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with relevant industry standards, contemporary laboratory practices, and emerging technologies in Electronic & Telecommunication and Civil Engineering.
- Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues, contribute to departmental initiatives, and support students from diverse backgrounds.
- Proficiency in using educational technologies, learning management systems, and basic productivity software.
