Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality lectures to undergraduate and postgraduate students.
- Prepare course materials, lesson plans, assignments, and assessments.
- Mentor students and provide academic and career guidance.
- Conduct examinations, evaluations, and other academic activities.
- Undertake research and publish papers in reputed journals.
- Participate in seminars, conferences, workshops, and faculty development programs.
- Develop industry collaborations, internships,



and practical learning opportunities.
- Contribute to curriculum development and departmental academic planning.
- Support institutional activities, admissions, student development, and placement initiatives.

Eligibility
- Master’s degree with the required minimum percentage in the relevant discipline from a recognized university.
- Ph.D./NET/other qualifications as applicable under prevailing UGC and university regulations.
- Solid communication, teaching, research, and presentation skills.
- Industry experience in FinTech, Business Analytics, E-Commerce, Digital Marketing, Entrepreneurship, or Supply Chain Management will be an advantage.
