About the Role: We are looking for Assistant Professors – Computer Science who are passionate about teaching, mentoring, technology, and building high-quality engineers.
You will be responsible for teaching undergraduate Computer Science students while creating a learning environment that combines academic rigor, practical implementation, industry relevance, and project-based learning.
We are hiring faculty across multiple areas of Computer Science: AI/ML | Software Engineering | DSA | Core Computer Science | Maths
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality lectures, labs, tutorials, assignments, assessments, and project-based learning.
- Teach complex Computer Science concepts in a simple, engaging, and application-oriented manner .
- Mentor students through technical projects, internships, research, hackathons, and career preparation.
- Help students develop strong programming, problem-solving, and system-thinking capabilities.
- Bring real-world industry examples, case studies, tools, and technologies into the classroom.
- Design and continuously improve course content, assignments, projects, and learning experiences.
- Guide students in building real-world technology projects and strong technical portfolios .
- Conduct coding sessions, technical workshops, hackathons, seminars, and other academic activities.
- Collaborate with industry professionals and academic teams to ensure curriculum remains relevant to the evolving technology ecosystem.
- Evaluate student performance and provide meaningful feedback and mentorship.
- Contribute to curriculum development and academic innovation.
- Participate in research, publications, conferences, and other academic initiatives where applicable.
- Take ownership of student outcomes and contribute to building a strong culture of learning, experimentation, and innovation.
What We Are Looking For:
- M.Tech or Ph.D . in Computer Science,
Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Software Engineering, Electronics, or a related discipline .
- Strong conceptual and practical knowledge in one or more of the listed specialization areas.
- 1-8 Years
- Strong programming and problem-solving skills for relevant technical domains.
- Excellent communication and classroom delivery skills.
- Ability to mentor students and build an engaging learning environment.
- Passion for technology education and student development.
- Strong analytical and logical thinking.
- Ability to work collaboratively with academic and industry teams.
