Key Accountabilities/Duties & Responsibilities:

- Own team revenue targets (current month + future pipeline) and ensure consistent achievement.

Monitor conversion ratios across the funnel (leads calls- bookings) to ensure no leads are lost.

- Implement strategies / corrective actions plan discussed with the reporting manager to improve performance .

- Personally intervene in high-value or critical leads to support closures.

- Manage and lead a team of upto10 Call Centre agents to achieve individual and team sales targets.

- Drive daily, weekly, and monthly performance through structured planning and reviews.

- Ensure high levels of team engagement, motivation, and accountability.

- Act as the first point of escalation for team-related concerns and customer issues

- Conduct regular call audits to assess quality, sales effectiveness, and adherence to brand standards.

- Identify sales opportunities, upselling/cross-selling triggers,



and improvement areas.

- Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality guest/customer interactions.

- Track individual KPIs (conversion, productivity, revenue contribution).

- Drive continuous improvement through real-time feedback and shadowing.

- Recognize and reward high performers.

- Ensure productive handling of inbound and outbound leads.

- Work closely with marketing to understand lead quality and campaign performance.

- Prioritize and distribute leads effectively across the team”.

Essential qualifications for the role are:

- Preferred educational qualification for the role is a graduate degree in Hotel management or any other related degree

- Minimum experience of (5 to 8) years is required for this role .
