Role Description The Assistant Manager Sales and Marketing is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune City. This position is responsible for managing and growing key customer accounts in the automotive coatings sector, coordinating with OEMs, Tier‑1 suppliers, and distributors to achieve sales and profitability targets. Daily activities include planning and executing sales strategies, monitoring market trends, preparing sales forecasts and reports, and supporting pricing and negotiations in line with business objectives.

The role also involves developing and implementing marketing initiatives,



supporting product launches, conducting competitor and customer analysis, and collaborating with technical and operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery.

The Assistant

Manager will regularly visit customer sites, attend industry events, and provide feedback to internal stakeholders to strengthen BNPA’s market presence and brand positioning.

Qualifications

- Strong sales and account management skills, including customer relationship management, negotiation, and target achievement in B2B or automotive sectors.
- Marketing capabilities such as market research, competitor analysis, campaign planning, and basic digital or trade marketing exposure.
- Analytical and reporting skills, including proficiency in MS Excel/PowerPoint, demand forecasting, and data-driven decision making.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
- Experience in automotive coatings, paints, chemicals, or related manufacturing industries is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Pune City, travel to customer locations as required, and adapt to a fast-paced, performance-oriented environment.
