Role Description The Assistant Manager – Pricing is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida, responsible for managing and optimizing pricing for international logistics services. This role involves preparing and reviewing freight quotations, rate sheets, and proposals for FCL/LCL imports and exports, in line with company policies and market benchmarks. The person will analyze carrier tariffs, vendor rates, surcharges, and cost structures to ensure competitive and profitable pricing.

Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with sales, operations, and overseas partners, responding to pricing inquiries, and maintaining updated pricing databases and contracts. The role also requires monitoring market trends,



supporting negotiations with carriers and vendors, and providing pricing reports and insights to management.

Qualifications

- Experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or shipping, with strong understanding of FCL/LCL operations, import/export procedures, and DG Shipping regulations.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills, including proficiency in MS Excel and other tools for cost analysis, margin calculations, and rate comparison.
- Ability to prepare accurate quotations, pricing proposals, and documentation, with attention to detail and adherence to company and regulatory standards.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with sales, operations, vendors, and overseas offices, including clear email and phone communication.
- Proven organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple inquiries, deadlines, and pricing requests in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field; a relevant postgraduate qualification or certification in logistics is an advantage.
- Prior experience in a pricing, sales support, or commercial role within the logistics or shipping industry is highly preferred.
- Comfort using ERP or TMS/logistics software and standard office applications; willingness to learn current systems and processes.
