Oakswood Workforce Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an Assistant Manager Site Operations to manage day-to-day manpower and workforce operations at our client site in Surjagad, Gadchiroli.

Accommodation/stay will be provided by the company at or near the project location.

The role involves handling on-ground employees, supervisors, attendance, manpower deployment, client coordination, employee issues, reporting and overall site operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily manpower and site operations.
- Monitor employee attendance, deployment, absenteeism and replacements.
- Coordinate with site supervisors and client representatives.
- Maintain required manpower strength as per client requirements.
- Handle employee grievances, discipline and site-level issues.
- Support recruitment, joining and mobilization of new employees.
- Maintain employee records and joining documentation.
- Coordinate attendance and payroll inputs with the back-office team.
- Support PF, ESIC and statutory compliance activities.
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly manpower/MIS reports.
- Maintain operational data using MS Excel.
- Ensure smooth communication between employees,



supervisors, client and company management.
- Take ownership of site-level issues and ensure timely resolution.

Candidate Requirements
- MBA/PGDM preferred in HR, Operations, General Management or related specialization.
- Freshers and candidates with up to 3 years of experience can apply.
- Good communication and people-management skills.
- Basic to good knowledge of MS Excel, Word and email.
- Comfortable handling on-ground workforce and supervisors.
- Willing to work in a site-based operational setting.
- Hindi communication required; Marathi preferred.
- Candidates from Gadchiroli, Chandrapur, Nagpur, Gondia, Bhandara and nearby locations will be preferred.

Important Location Requirement This position is based at Surjagad, Gadchiroli, which is a remote project/site location.

Candidates must be genuinely willing to relocate and stay/work at Surjagad for the long term.

This is a 100% on-site position and not a work-from-home, hybrid, Pune or Nagpur office role.
