We are hiring Assistant Manager - Patient Care for our Kochi Centre.

JD

- Allocation and deployment of caregivers during admission.
- Replacing the caregivers during leaves
- Updating staff attendance and OT allowance
- Coordination with HR for employee on boarding
- Conducting classes for caregivers, housekeeping , Security and F&B; staff
- Supervision of Linen
- Supervision on center cleanliness
- Coordinating with Maintenance issues with the help of technician
- Room readiness before admission
- Biometric punch registration of all the recent employees
- Indenting housekeeping and stationary items
- Make daily rounds and update to center head if any escalations
- Vendor staff management
- Caregivers categorization based on the skills




- Caregivers refreshment and up skill training to be done
- Arranging family meetings
- Patient billing during the absence of billing person
- Any other duties assigned by center head
- Collection of patients feedback through Diago App

Requirements
- Qualification - MSW
- Experience - Minimum 5 years of Hospital experience is mandatory
- Salary - Best in the industry
- Location - Kochi, Kerala
- Languages - English, Hindi, Malayalam
