- Responsible for entire back end process of business, New initiative drive, day to day process related issues resolutions, New enhancements and Projects
- Engage with internal stakeholders like Risk, Marketing, Finance, COE & IT for smooth functioning of business
- Design and execute promotion schemes with manufacturer/sales team
- Coordinate with various departments within the organization to ensure all requirements of sales are timely addressed.
- Responsible for communications in terms of reports & analysisRequired Qualifications and Experience
- Post Graduate in Management from a good institute
- 1 – 3 years of experience with at least 2 years in a similar role
- Capable of interacting with Teams and field members
- Should be capable of understanding field issues and convert them into actionable and improvements
- Should have excellent communication & analytical skills along with solid presentation and data analytics skills
- Should be an excellent Team Player & Interpersonal Skills
- High motivational levels and being a self-starter are essentials
