Team Leader – Insurance Sales

- Manage, guide, and motivate a team to achieve company goals.

- Set transparent performance expectations and monitor team performance.

- Support team members in achieving assigned sales targets.

- Provide regular guidance, coaching, and feedback to team members.

- Monitor daily sales activities and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.

- Assist the team with lead generation, customer follow-ups, and policy closures.

- Coordinate with management and other departments to ensure smooth operations.

- Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly team performance reports.
