Key Responsibilities

- Handle the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, coordination, selection, and joining formalities.

- Manage the employee onboarding process and maintain complete employee documentation.

- Handle payroll processing and ensure accurate attendance, leave, and salary inputs.

- Support statutory compliance activities related to PF, ESIC, Labour Laws, Factory Act, and related documentation.

- Maintain accurate employee records, HR MIS, and HR-related reports.

- Address employee grievances and coordinate with relevant departments for timely resolution.

- Organize employee engagement activities, celebrations, welfare initiatives, and cultural programs.

- Assist in Performance Management System (PMS) activities, including appraisal coordination and documentation.

- Coordinate with employees and department heads for various HR-related matters.

- Ensure proper implementation of HR policies and maintain discipline across the organization.

- Support HR audits and administrative activities as and when required.





Qualifications & Experience

- Graduate / Post Graduate with specialization in Human Resources Management or equivalent qualification.

- 4–6 years of experience in an HR Generalist role, preferably in the manufacturing industry.

- Good knowledge of recruitment, payroll processing, labour compliance, and employee engagement activities.

- Familiarity with HRMS and MS Office applications.

- Solid communication, interpersonal, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to handle employee concerns professionally and maintain confidentiality.

- Candidates from Vasai / Kaman and nearby locations will be preferred.
