We are looking for a TL / Assistant Manager Facilities Management to manage day-to-day facilities and infrastructure operations at IDEMIA’s manufacturing plant in NSEZ, Noida. The role will ensure a safe, compliant, reliable and well-maintained facility supporting uninterrupted plant operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage overall plant facilities, infrastructure and workplace services, including housekeeping, security, cafeteria, transport and other employee services.

- Plan and monitor preventive and breakdown maintenance of building infrastructure and facility equipment.

- Manage and monitor utilities such as HVAC, electrical systems, DG sets, UPS, water supply, pumps and other critical plant utilities.

- Coordinate facility repairs, renovation, construction and infrastructure improvement projects.

- Ensure compliance with applicable statutory, safety, fire and facility-related requirements.

- Manage vendors and contractors, including service quality, SLAs, AMC/maintenance contracts and performance.

- Manage facilities-related budget,



procurement and cost optimization.

- Address and resolve facility-related issues and user requests, ensuring timely service delivery.

- Coordinate with Plant, EHS, Security, HR, Engineering, Procurement and other stakeholders on facility requirements.

Skills & Experience

- 7–10 years of experience in Facilities Management, preferably in a manufacturing/industrial plant environment.

- Strong hands-on knowledge of facility maintenance and plant utilities including HVAC, electrical systems, DG, UPS, water systems, pumps, etc.

- Experience in vendor/contractor management, AMC management and facility projects.

- Valuable understanding of fire & safety, statutory compliance and EHS requirements.

- Strong planning, problem-solving, budgeting and stakeholder management skills.

- Experience in an MNC/manufacturing workplace and NSEZ/SEZ exposure will be an advantage.
