We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Manager to lead our Design Development team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in design and development, with excellent leadership skills.

Roles and Responsibility

- Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements.

- Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to inform design decisions.

- Create detailed designs and prototypes, presenting them to stakeholders.

- Manage and mentor junior designers, providing guidance on best practices and techniques.

- Coordinate with external partners and vendors to ensure successful project execution.

Job Requirements

- Proven experience in design and development, with a minimum of 5 years in a similar role.

- Strong understanding of design principles, software,



and technologies.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.

- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.

- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and outside the box.

- Experience working in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changing priorities and requirements.
