- Assistant Manager – Distribution Center (DC)

- Operations / Warehouse Management

- Manage end-to-end Distribution Center operations, including inbound, storage, and outbound processes.

- Ensure inventory accuracy, efficient order fulfillment, and smooth warehouse operations.

- Drive adherence to SOPs, safety standards, and operational procedures.

- Identify and implement process improvements to improve warehouse efficiency.

- Lead, train, and motivate the warehouse team to achieve operational excellence.

- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth supply chain operations.

- Work effectively in a fast-paced and high-volume warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily inbound operations and ensure timely receipt of inventory.

- Oversee proper storage and handling of products.

- Manage outbound operations and ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment.

- Monitor inventory accuracy and resolve discrepancies.

- Ensure efficient utilization of warehouse space and resources.

- Implement and monitor standard operating procedures (SOPs).

- Maintain safety and compliance standards across the Distribution Center.

- Lead and supervise warehouse staff.





- Train and motivate team members to meet operational targets.

- Monitor team performance and drive continuous improvement.

- Coordinate with relevant departments for smooth supply chain operations.

- Identify operational challenges and implement effective solutions.

- Maintain accurate operational and inventory records.

- Ensure high standards of productivity, efficiency, and service quality.

Desired Profile

- Experience: 5–8 years in warehouse / Distribution Center operations.

- Hands-on experience with WMS, SAP, or similar warehouse management systems.

- Strong leadership and team management skills.

- Excellent problem-solving abilities.

- Ability to manage operations in a quick-paced, high-volume environment.

- Strong understanding of warehouse and supply chain processes.
