Role Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and employee-focused HR Operations qualified to manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes and ensure seamless HR service delivery. The role requires expertise in HR operations, employee data management, compliance, HR systems, and stakeholder management while driving operational excellence and employee experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle activities including onboarding, employee changes, transfers, promotions, leave administration, and offboarding.

- Ensure timely and accurate processing of HR transactions in HRIS systems.

- Maintain employee records and master data with high levels of accuracy and confidentiality.

- Support payroll inputs, benefits administration, and employee documentation processes.

- Act as the primary point of contact for employee and manager queries related to HR policies, processes, and systems.

- Generate HR reports, dashboards, and workforce analytics for management review.

- Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, internal controls, and audit requirements.





- Identify opportunities for process improvements, automation, and operational efficiency.

- Collaborate with HR Business Partners, Payroll, Finance, IT, and external vendors to ensure smooth HR service delivery.

- Participate in HR transformation and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Commerce, or related field; MBA/PGDM in HR preferred.

- 57 years of experience in HR Operations, HR Shared Services, or HR Administration.

- Experience in GCC, Shared Services, or multinational organizations preferred.

- Strong knowledge of employee lifecycle management and HR service delivery.

- Hands-on experience with HRIS platforms such as SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, SAP HCM, Oracle HCM, or ServiceNow.

- Strong analytical, reporting, stakeholder management, and communication skills.

- Proficiency in MS Excel and HR reporting tools.Role & responsibilities
