Job Purpose To lead and manage construction activities for high-rise and premium residential projects, ensuring timely execution, high-end finishing, quality, safety, cost control, and effective coordination with consultants, PMC, contractors, and internal project teams.

- Lead end-to-end construction activities for high-rise residential projects.

- Plan, execute, and monitor structural works as per approved project schedules and milestones.

- Manage Aluminium Formwork, shuttering, reinforcement, concreting, and de-shuttering activities.

- Ensure proper execution of RCC structural works with focus on accuracy, alignment, levels, and dimensional control.

- Drive high-end finishing and quality standards suitable for premium and luxury residential projects.

- Coordinate closely with architects, structural consultants, MEP consultants, PMC, contractors, and internal project teams.

- Review drawings, specifications, and technical details and ensure execution as per approved drawings.





- Resolve site-level technical issues in coordination with consultants and PMC.

- Monitor manpower, materials, equipment, and contractor productivity to achieve project targets.

- Ensure proper coordination between structural, architectural, MEP, and finishing activities.

- Monitor finishing works including plastering, flooring, tiling, painting, doors, windows, waterproofing, and other premium finishing activities.

- Ensure all works meet required quality, safety, and finishing standards.

- Conduct regular site inspections and ensure timely closure of observations raised by consultants and PMC.

- Monitor project progress against approved schedules and take corrective action wherever required.

- Prepare and review progress reports, MIS, and project performance updates.

- Manage contractors and ensure adherence to project timelines, quality standards, and contractual requirements.
