We are looking for experienced, energetic, and people-oriented Assistant Center Heads to partner with our Center Leadership teams across Mumbai.

Locations - Kamothe & Panvel

Our Shift Timings 11:30 AM to 8:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

- Drive admissions and contribute to the overall revenue growth of the center.
- Convert parent inquiries into successful admissions.
- Plan and execute outdoor marketing initiatives within the assigned territory.
- Generate leads through events, roadshows, and in-center engagement activities.
- Support staff engagement and retention to build a motivated team.
- Foster strong parent relationships through regular engagement and communication.
- Ensure effective implementation of the academic curriculum and center processes.
- Conduct parent interactions and home visits,



wherever required, to discuss children's development.
- Maximize center revenue through strategic planning and execution.
- Achieve sales and admission targets while maintaining an exceptional parent experience.

Who We're Looking For

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A strong team player with leadership potential.
- Passion for education, customer engagement, and sales.
- Prior experience in preschool, education, retail, hospitality, healthcare, or service industries will be an added advantage.
