Roles and Responsibilities

- Ensure assembly process compliance with quality standards, TPM guidelines, and OEE optimization techniques.

- Lead a team of assemblers to achieve production targets, improve productivity, and reduce defects.

- Conduct regular inspections to ensure adherence to SOPs, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions.

- Collaborate with other departments (e.g., design, procurement) to resolve issues related to gear box components availability or design changes.

- Develop and maintain documentation of assembly processes, including work instructions, procedures, and records.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 12-15 years of experience in mechanical engineering or diploma holder with relevant experience in gear box assembly line management.

- Robust understanding of assembly operations principles, TPM practices, OEE optimization methods.

- Excellent leadership skills with ability to motivate teams towards achieving goals.

- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel).
