Designation: Assistant Professor / Associate Professor

Area: Operations & Decision Sciences

Location: Mumbai

Role

PDSE&FBM; invites applications from academicians with expertise in Operations & Decision Sciences to contribute to teaching, research, student mentoring and academic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Teach courses such as Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, Quality Management, Project Management, Forecasting, Inventory Management and Operational Excellence.
- Develop case-based and experiential learning content.
- Mentor students on academic,



entrepreneurial and family-business projects.
- Conduct and publish high-quality research.
- Contribute to curriculum development, academic initiatives and industry engagement.

Qualifications & Experience

- Ph.D. in Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, Operations Research, Decision Sciences, Industrial Engineering, Business Analytics or a relevant discipline, as per applicable UGC/NMIMS norms.
- Relevant teaching, research and/or industry experience.
- Strong research and publication record will be an advantage.
- Experience with family businesses, SMEs or entrepreneurial ventures will be an added advantage.
