Whisking Magic Patisserie, Gurugram is looking for a responsible and reliable Admin / Store Executive to manage our evening bakery operations.
? Working Hours: 3:30 PM – 11:00 PM
? Location: Sector 82, Gurugram
? Job Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities
- Managing billing and customer orders
- Packing orders carefully and ensuring proper presentation
- Coordinating and handing over orders to Swiggy/Zomato delivery partners
- Managing walk-in customers and basic customer queries
- Ensuring all orders are dispatched accurately and on time
- Handling cash and maintaining daily billing records
- Keeping the counter and work area organised
- Ensuring the bakery is properly cleaned, organised and closed at the end of the day
- Following the daily shop closing checklist and ensuring all equipment,
lights and AC are properly switched off
What we’re looking for
✅ Responsible, punctual and trustworthy
✅ Basic knowledge of billing and cash handling
✅ Comfortable using a smartphone and basic apps
✅ Valuable communication skills
✅ Ability to work independently and manage evening operations
✅ Previous experience in a bakery, café, restaurant or retail store will be an advantage
