The team combines osteopathy, strength training, pelvic health, and recovery to help people understand their bodies and build strength from solid foundations. Women’s health is central to the practice, offering a supportive environment for personalized care through pregnancy, postpartum, menopause, and beyond.

Role Description The Assistant role at Align by Ami is a full-time, on-site position based in Mumbai. This role supports the daily operations of the wellness space, including greeting and guiding clients and handling basic administrative tasks. The Assistant helps maintain a calm, welcoming environment by ensuring treatment spaces are prepared, supplies are organized, and client flow runs smoothly.

Day-to-day responsibilities include making smoothies, teas, coffees, and electrolytes as well as running the technologies at the recovery side of the studio.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong organizational and administrative skills, including scheduling, record-keeping, and basic office software proficiency.

- Candidates should possess attention to detail and reliability in managing daily tasks, following procedures, and maintaining confidentiality.
- Candidates should possess an interest in holistic health, wellness, or healthcare, with a willingness to learn about osteopathy and women’s health.
- Candidates should possess the ability to work on-site in Mumbai, collaborate effectively with a small team, and manage time in a quick-paced setting.
- Relevant experience in a clinic, wellness center, fitness studio, or customer-facing role is beneficial; familiarity with booking or CRM systems is an advantage.
- A bachelor’s degree or equivalent training in administration, hospitality, healthcare support, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
