About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Asset Management Consultant/Architect for a permanent position in our Tech division. The successful candidate will serve as a Senior Consultant or Business Architect, playing a pivotal role in client servicing by developing operating models and overseeing CRM implementations. Your expertise will contribute to defining the Business Architecture necessary for solution and process design in asset management servicing processes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement operating models for client servicing in asset management.
- Oversee the implementation and optimization of CRM systems.
- Define and refine Business Architecture to facilitate effective solution and process design.
- Collaborate closely with clients to understand their needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
- Provide expert guidance and strategic insight to enhance asset management servicing processes.

Requirements:

- 10 to 15 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong background in business architecture and CRM.
- Proven track record of successful client servicing and solution implementation.




- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and lead projects to successful completion.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Prior experience in asset management is advantageous but not mandatory.
