Role Description The ASM / ASE / SO / BA Supervisor is a full-time, in-field position based in Delhi, responsible for overseeing sales and opening new beauty outlets. This role includes managing sales projections, and maintaining robust relationships with key retailers and Distributors. Appointment of Beauty Advisors (BAs) and regular training / supervision, maintaining effect stock positions, ordering stocks, coordination with the HO, etc..

Qualifications

- Effective Communication skills for collaborating with internal teams, field staff, and external partners.
- Experience managing or supervising sales teams in beauty, or skincare sectors is highly desirable.
- Proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets and managing trade and retail channels.
- Comfort with using Excel and reporting tools for sales tracking and business performance analysis.
