Role Description The Article Trainee role at Finex is a full-time, on-site position based in Noida. The trainee will support senior professionals with research, data compilation, documentation, and preparation of reports and working papers.
Daily responsibilities include assisting with client deliverables, organizing information, maintaining accurate records, and adhering to internal processes and timelines. The role also involves learning and applying firm standards, participating in team discussions, and contributing to a collaborative work environment. As an Article Trainee,
the individual will gain practical exposure, build technical and professional skills, and prepare for a career in finance, audit, or related fields.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical and research abilities, with attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
- Proficiency in written and verbal communication in English, including clear report writing and professional email etiquette.
- Basic understanding of finance, accounting, or audit concepts, with a willingness to learn and apply new knowledge.
- Good organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Comfort with MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and the ability to work with spreadsheets and data.
