Ø Achieve sales target (Area wise, dealer wise and product wise)

Ø Identifying Potential Clients & markets for aluminum roofing products

Ø Building & Maintaining relationships with dealers, architects, contractors, builders, PEB, Consultants & Property developers.

Ø Providing Product demonstrations & presentations to prospective clients

Ø Ensure Sales Improvement through Dealer management and Project sales.

Ø Conducting market research to identify trends, competitor activity, and customer needs.

Ø Developing and implementing sales strategies to promote Aluminum roofing products.

Ø Generating leads, negotiating contracts, and closing deals.

Ø Ensure on time implementation all activities including schemes assigned from time to time at Dealer points.

Ø Attending industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network and promote the brand.

Ø Ensure the on-time collection of payment as per the collection plan.





Ø Ensure all complaints regarding products and services are attended in a timely manner and corrective actions are initiated after the communication with concerned Department.

Ø Daily visit reports & Visit Plans shall be updated on a regular basis.

Ø Periodic dealer evaluation reports shall be filed on a regular basis.

Desired Candidate Profile

· Qualification: Post Graduate / Graduate (preferably in Business, Marketing, or Civil Engineering).

· Experience: 7 – 10 years in building materials / roofing sheets / steel / aluminium / cement / paint industry sales

· Strong local market knowledge of Kerala (dealers, contractors, builders).

· Valuable communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
